ABOUT DAVID MALCOLM

David currently leads the IT function at Oxford Photovoltaics Limited (Oxford PV). Oxford PV was founded in 2010 as a spin-out from the University of Oxford to commercialise a new technology for thin-film solar cells. David is also developing information security within the company to lead on to achieving ISO27001 certification. Previously David lead the EMEA IT team at the premier company in mobile workforce automation, ClickSoftware, managing the IT infrastructure and support for EMEA staff based in the UK, Germany, South Africa and Russia.As well as being IT Manager for the region, David is also Information Security Manager for the UK office, having successfully managed the implemention and ongoing audits of the ISO27001 certification. David\'s role within ClickSoftware encompasses many aspects, from ensuring high availability of critical systems across the organisation, to budget management, strategic thinking and rapid execution of projects.Prior to ClickSoftware, David was at PDD Group Ltd for 12 years with experience supporting, managing and ultimately directing IT in one of Europe\'s best known Product Innovation consultancies. David has the personal credibility and interpersonal skills required to establish productive working relationships and operate effectively at Board level.
