Developed an entirely new training methodology and program, unlike anything ever scaled globally. A group training program built around 4 separate formats, each aimed at targeting a very specific element of fitness needed to conquer the HYROX race. The result was the creation of the world\'s first global group training program that not only allowed athletes to focus on specific elements of their fitness each day, but also to define their particular athletic archetype and needs, and then personalize their training based on that. Since 2023, we have scaled our gym affilation program from 1800 gyms to across 100 countries. Additional duties include- The development of the delivery platform, known as the HYROX Performance Hub, which distributes the workouts with a digital whiteboard in ten languages to athletes in over 100 countries- Expansion of resources for coaches and business owners in the Hyrox Performance Hub- Create milestone testing, challenges and in-gym events- Aid in the design and integration of the HYROX Performance Center concept- Build the HYROX virtual guided and self guided programs- Contribute to the development of the HYROX Academy, the official HYROX Online education platform- Business development, partnership expansion and onboarding support.
