I build brands, launch companies, and help agents and entrepreneurs scale with precision and swagger. Since 2005, I’ve been flipping the script. starting with Silverback PR, a guerrilla marketing/PR agency that produced real estate video tours before YouTube even existed.I got into real estate to fuel my marketing hustle. I stayed because I saw how much innovation was needed. I co-founded VIVO Realty and built The Maez Group alongside my family, developing a modern brokerage model that combines mentorship, media, and market mastery. Family-owned and operated, no outside investors. We move and play as we please. Today, I operate at the intersection of real estate and innovation. Through VIVO Labs, our PropTech incubator, I’m building tools that give agents an edge. That includes Convert 360 Pro, our full-stack SaaS CRM designed to automate workflows, convert leads, and scale business. As a speaker and educator, I currently teach with Agent Advantage, Texas REALTORS®, and Collin County Area REALTORS®, having spent six years as a top instructor with Champion’s School of Real Estate. I’m a husband, dad of three, and dog dad of two (one wears a diaper. don’t ask). Off the clock, you’ll catch me with garage rock blasting through my headphones, espresso in hand, knee-deep in automations or workflows. I dig danger (ran with the bulls in Pamplona), swam with a shark (shoutout to Toby, a chill reef shark), and I’ve got a soft spot for Porsches *especially my 911*, vintage Americana, and aesthetics.I’m always open to partnering with fellow disrupters in PropTech and AestheticTech, builders who want to push boundaries, automate smarter, and elevate the client experience across industries.Bottom line: I don’t do boring.
