I am a certified Magic: the Gathering tournament Judge, and formerly was the Regional Coordinator of all judges in the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. This includes world-class rules knowledge of the most complex game on the market. I also am a contributing writer to tournament policy and author of numerous training courses, seminars, and presentations relating to judging of the game.I have experience planning, staffing, and working at tournament events of over attendees and with staff of hundreds of judges. I have been the Head Judge of events with over attendees and staffs of 60 judges, with ultimate responsibility for staff development, player experience, and fair application of the rules.I have been responsible for the development and well-being of all judges within the UK, and in resolution of judge and player misconduct worldwide. I am an experienced mentor in teaching both the complex game and tournament rules, and the important customer service and diplomacy aspects that the role requires.
