About David Stubbs

I have over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in commercial real estate. In Joyce Kennedy-Stubbs and I established Stubbs Enterprises Inc. As co-founder and principal of Stubbs Enterprises, I have been involved in various types of design, zoning and entitlement, environmental remediation, financing, construction, and many other aspects of real estate development. I have served as a real estate advisor to various real estate entities providing services such as but not limited to facilitating land transactions, zoning and financial analysis, pro forma underwriting including tax credit transactions (HTC, LIHTC and NMTC) and Opportunity Zones, underwriting bond and bondable lease transactions, structured financing to optimize deal capitalization, structuring of Public-Private Partnerships, creation of comprehensive offering memorandums for capital raising and debt placement, assembling requests for proposal submissions, and sourcing of public subsidies and low interest rate financing. In addition, I have served as a principal of multiple P3 development entities throughout the Mid-Atlantic. In March of 2017, I began serving as an associate broker and financial analyst for Real Property Capital, a commercial mortgage banking firm. As of December of 2019, Real Property Capital and my P3 development entity, Urigroup formed a partnership together through RPC United advisors which I serve as managing partner. RPC United combines the expertise of both firms offering a wide range of commercial real estate services that can be scaled to the size and scope of our clients’ needs. Throughout my entrepreneurial life, I have had the opportunity to forge long standing relationships with my strategic partners and have built strong resources which allows for creative problem solving and the ability to develop a large range of commercial real estate projects. I am always the student and have made it a priority to hone my craft in Real Estate and to collaborate with like-minded individuals to achieve mutual success in our endeavors.
