I firmly believe that for far too long, the role of branch leaders has been relegated to a lesser position than when I first started in the business - offering no real value add to the practices of the Financial Advisors they manage. Too many leaders are unaware of their firms products and services and have a poor command of their firm\'s technology offerings and thus provide no enhancements to their FAs practices.
