Expat Assignment appointed as the Enterprise Architect for an XLE global Workday transformation for an Indian Professional Services client. I lead the full aligned delivery of all Workday SKUs including HCM, Financials, Adaptive Workforce & Financial Planning, 6 Prism Use Cases, 6 Workday Extend Apps, Accounting Center, VNDLY (Vendor Management) and HiredScore AI. I relocated to India to manage and architect the solution across a distributed team of over 160+ consultants, spanning functional, technical, integration, and change management workstreams. I provided executive-level architectural oversight and strategic direction, ensuring cohesive design, data integrity, and alignment with global business and IT objectives. I play a pivotal leadership role in cross-functional stakeholder engagement, integration strategy, and platform extensibility. I establish architectural governance frameworks, drive solution scalability, and create a high-performance delivery culture that enabled accelerated timelines and global adoption across HR and Finance functions.
