About David McMillan

I am a Professional Land Surveyor who works for the County of Riverside. I currently am the County Surveyor for Riverside County. I lead & manage the Survey Division, which consists of 42 field and office staff for the Transportation Department.Our goal at the Survey Division is to serve the public with a purpose, while making our data available online.Our vision ~The Riverside County Survey Division is committed to being customer focused by helping out the small business owner and the Mom & Pop. We do this by leveraging technology to increase efficiencies, training and mentoring staff, building cross departmental relationships, and having staff become engaged in the work we do. This helps us become agile and flexible in the work we are able to perform for the residents and visitors of this County.
