ABOUT DAVID LIVINGSTON-LOWE
I am an educator and facilitator of the Celtic and Scots languages, specialising in Gaelic, Irish and Scots. I work in academic and community settings as a teacher, translator and consultant.I have devoted much of my career to human services and health promotion, from front line to management of community services, supportive and affordable housing, education, and food security work. I have provided leadership in a neighbourhood community centre, multicultural Seniors Active Living Centres, a Community Food Centre and a retirement community. I have worked in operations management, program management, consumer support, supported employment and training, community engagement and life skills education.
