Are you satisfied with how your business is performing? I thought not. However well you are doing, there is always room for improvement. The best leaders never get complacent. But being the leader of a business is nowhere near as lonely as was promised. There is no shortage of people offering you advice on how to improve, but much of it is contradictory and little of it of is tailored to your business. What I do is different. I have made it my purpose to learn how the best organisations do things, including businesses, military special forces or elite sports teams. The result is that I know what the best do, how they do it and why; this has allowed me to piece together a coherent framework of best practice on how to run a business. At D. J. Lewis & Associates, I use this framework to give business leaders and their senior teams the skills and support they need to find the best way to move their organisation forward. I see over and over again the same challenges facing businesses, whatever industry they are in. How to build sales. How to get the right people and the right culture. How to cope with rapid growth. How to increase profit. For the biggest lasting impact, I use a combination of structured training, workshops and one-to-one coaching to help businesses overcome these problems. I help them to create a robust but stretching strategy, and to build the processes, structures and teams to deliver it. I leave businesses with the skills in place to build their desired futures.
