Working for Turner & Townsend, a leading global construction consultancy, as a Cost Manager. Working alongside experienced surveyors and associate directors to provide support on a variety of projects. Key achievements include- Serving as PMO lead for Cummins Europe, Middle East and Africa regions providing pre-contract and commercial support to their close knit team. Worked on various projects ranging in value from £1m - £10m- Successfully lead on various local Aberdeen projects, including the North East Adventure Tourism\'s £700k Transition Extreme and £250k Greenmyers projects and Aberdeen City Council\'s £1m Queen Street Police HQ Strip Out project. Worked closely with client and contractor to deliver projects on time and on budget- Acting as lead CM on the Scottish Borders Councils Borders Innovation Park, Phase 2 £6.5m office development. Working closely with client, through the hub Stage 1 cost planning and reporting process and working closely with the contractor for the hub Stage 2 market testing- Acting as lead CM on GSK, Building 300 £confidential office and laboratory fit out project. Working closely with client and contractor in developing the RIBA Stage 4 cost plan to provide cost certainty to the client- Actively participated in weekly training events and continuous professional development sessions run by Turner & Townsend on various topics within the industry.Currently working towards MRICS.
