About David Leifeste

In 25 years of practice, David Leifeste has built relationships with more than diverse patients. He’s searched for answers, accumulated wisdom, and honed a unique relationship-based method for producing real change and discovering true joy. David earned a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University. In 1989 he founded a Tulsa-based multi-disciplinary group practice offering individual, group, and substance abuse counseling, as well as psychometric testing to children, adolescents, and couples. David entered his current solo practice in and serves clients in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Austin, Denver, Atlanta, St. Louis, Kansas City, and New York. His corporate-level motivational coaching and team-building has allowed him to work with national clients like QuikTrip, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and many others. Also a producer and radio personality, he created the radio program,\"The David Leifeste Show – Life is So Peculiar.\" David is also a contributor to Tulsa’s KOTV Channel 6 noon call-in program on mental health, and discusses coping as a Christian in our modern world for various other local and national TV and radio broadcasts. His articles have appeared in Tulsa Kids, Oklahoma Magazine, Tulsa People and The Tulsa World.
