As the Director of Operations at Sudlows, I oversee the design and delivery of “best in class” data centre and critical infrastructure projects throughout the UK and Europe. I focus our teams to delivery “shift left” principles across our range of OSM products to enhance delivery schedules, improve quality, accelerate commissioning and improve safety.With many years of experience in data centres spanning back to 1998, I am able to draw in this experience to ensure the client receives exceptional service and added value this experience can add. I have successfully managed multiple D&B turnkey project solutions for data centres and critical power and cooling systems, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.My core competencies include team management, commercial management, contract management, and client relations. I lead a full in-house team of Project Delivery Mangers, SHEQ, CAD/BIM, CFD, design, commissioning engineers, and collaborate with external stakeholders and partners. I am passionate about providing innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and the industry. My goal is to continue to grow and develop Sudlows as a leading provider of data centre and critical infrastructure services throughout UK & EMEA.
