I practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and business and corporate law. My experience includes litigating business disputes in state and federal courts; representing debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in out-of-court workouts and bankruptcy cases; and advising businesses and their owners on general and transactional matters. I am admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Georgia, and the State and Appellate Courts of Georgia. I am also admitted to practice in North Carolina. My primary focus is on the resolution of complex restructuring matters, both in and out of court, with an emphasis on business-related Ch. 7 and Ch. 11 bankruptcies.
