About David Laurinaitis

I strive to accomplish three things: work hard, establish effective communication, and respect others. I demonstrate these principles to earn the trust and respect of clients, and to build strong relationships both internally and externally. With over 30 years of diverse taxation experience including domestic, international, and state and local income tax, I deliver extensive experience assisting with the management and transitioning of corporate tax functions. This includes the review of large consolidated federal income tax returns, ASC 740 provision calculations, and federal and state income tax planning. My tax expertise has served clients in the utility, manufacturing, professional services, distribution and construction industries. I am an active member of both the AICPA and PICPA.
