About David Kuntz

Performance Improvement Professional dedicated to the use of training, skill development and process improvement as tactics to achieve strategic objectives of increased sales, productivity and customer satisfaction. I\'ve been trained by Robert Mager, the guru of competency based training having attended the Instructional Design, Facilitator and Training Manger courses at the Center for Performance Improvement.My passion is to see training result in skills that can be observed in the person\'s behaviors and that those behaviors define what competency is. I have hands-on experience in all aspects of performance-based training development including needs analysis, task analysis, training design, content development, production and delivery as well as seminar facilitation.Beyond skill development I am a process improvement nut as performance and process are inevitably linked to good and bad outcomes.I am a seasoned \"Toastmaster\" and have won several area and regional speech contests for creative speeches. I enjoy speaking in front of groups and in facilitating seminars.My other passion is making large scale running and fitness events happen. Physical fitness is so much a part of personal growth, attitude and productivity. I am a natural cheerleader, coach and mentor and have given myself freely to running clubs and races to promote the sport that has been a large part of my life.
