We do more than just move gear, we solve real-world challenges for contractors, project managers, and crews who rely on us every day to deliver, support, and adapt fast.My role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. I help shape and execute regional sales strategies that boost revenue, increase profitability, and expand our market presence while keeping customer relationships front and center. Whether it’s resolving complex account issues, opening up new revenue streams, refining pricing strategies, or coaching a rep through a tough negotiation, I stay close to the front lines.I work closely with branch operations and internal teams to ensure we\'re aligned. From pipeline reviews to performance tracking, cross-functional initiatives to customer retention, I work to ensure the open communications keep our region firing on all cylinders.It’s a fast-moving, demanding, and rewarding role and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
