Currently, I am transforming our data ecosystem into a self-governing engine designed to power real-time AI and operational decisioning.Through the ongoing implementation of Agentic Governance, I am replacing manual stewardship with automated protocols for lineage, freshness SLAs, and quality thresholds. This transition ensures all data products are structured and governed to meet the high-fidelity requirements of modern AI by design. By establishing these rigorous consistency standards, I am building the safe, scalable environment necessary to accelerate complex AI initiatives across the organization.Directing a unified global organization, I realize $2M in annual OpEx savings by standardizing our operating model and automating high-volume manual tasks.
