My role revolves around prospecting, recruiting, securing, and managing new and existing business partners through various means. I\'m also responsible for planning and implementing events and functions for over 500 people, teaching continuing education classes (CEC) for groups of up to 100 people, and assisting with our digital social media marketing campaigns. Our business has grown from two men in a garage in 2012 to now over 200 employees, with over 100 vehicles in use daily restoring homes and businesses from southern Wisconsin to Northern Indiana and of course within two hours of our headquarters in Elmhurst, Illinois. We are a family owned business and take pride in caring for both our customers and employees. For us, it remains one of our greatest contributions to society (we feel at least) and we take it very seriously.
