As a result of implementing cost saving initiatives, operating expenses were reduced by $58 million from 2015-16. I also have extensive experience with mergers & acquisitions and infrastructure projects including $1.3 billion gathering and processing project,$2 billion of NGL infrastructure projects,$3 billion merger transaction,$375 million international power project, and $650 million real estate investment.
