My practice is focused on i) challenges to regulatory action and related litigation, and ii) compliance, internal investigations and anti-corruption. My regulatory practice sees me before administrative decision makers and the courts and advising clients on complying with a wide variety of regulatory regimes, including privacy, AML, modern slavery, energy and more. I also carry out internal investigations, in particular on corruption and other business crimes. I\'ve worked from coast to coast to coast, including litigating before courts and regulators in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador and the Federal Courts.I was the lead associate in the investigation and negotiations with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada resulting in the first remediation agreement staying corruption charges under the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act. I\'ve been the lead associate in numerous other investigations in diverse locations globally and led dozens of investigations in Canada, the United States and Mongolia.
