Have taken on the role of Program Manger for the deployment of the Workday suite of ERP modules for HCM, Finance/Accounting, and Supply Chain.As a member of the IT PMO, I will be working closely with multiple groups including our Service Lines, Corporate Leadership, and Engineering. Structuring projects with stakeholders, defining project goals and risks to execution, gathering comprehensive requirements and ushering projects through the entire project lifecycle, including clearly communicating status, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders.I am helping guide decision making, solve problems, and provide analytical insight and business judgment to support strategic and tactical initiatives across the organization.
