My team created the “Offering Marketplace”, an innovative web-based system to distribute public offerings to individual investors. This product was featured in both the Wall Street Journal and Wall Street and Technology. Under my leadership we grew the firm 13 fold from a profit center of under $10 million to over $130 million at which time we brokered a sell of the firm to a larger broker.On the government side I have led several successful projects, including the $200 million govt contract that supports ten-print searches per day, with approximately 27 million subjects within the criminal features database. My team developed the ITN training program which led to the successful operational efforts of over 1600 govt users.As an effective team builder with a consistent track record of successfully assembling teams to solve problems, improve productivity, develop and reengineer processes, I have a passion for delivering solutions that actually work and deliver value to the customer. and for those paying attention - I Finally managed to find a good alternative to plutonium.
