With more than 20 years of experience in providing assurance and transaction advisory services, I have served multinational clients across multiple sectors that include industrial product manufacturing, consumer products, retail, business services, transportation, media & entertainment, and other industries. My transaction-specific expertise is built on 18 years of combined international and domestic experience, having worked 7 years in the London, United Kingdom Transaction Advisory Group and 11 years in the New York Transaction Advisory Group. Clients engaged me on issues and transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, due diligence, forecasting, business modeling, corporate strategy, quality of net assets, identification and assessment of financial risk areas, adequacy of working capital levels, purchase agreement reviews and carve-out transaction implications. I\'ve served both financial sponsor clients (largely private equity funds), as well as multinational corporate clients, and I\'ve worked with both financial and strategic buyers.
