   I have the pleasure to work with 30 plus Private Bankers throughout the 8 state UMB footprint to deliver a concierge Private Bank experience to our valued clients. • Earned UMB Leadership Award, 2020 “Think and Act like an Owner.” One of 130 leaders to earn said award in the last 16 years. • Strategically reduced Private Bank FTE by 22% from 2019 to 2022 while increasing revenues by 107% improving efficiency ratio before allocations from 35% to 15%. • Develop incentive compensation plan that produced $8.00 of new recurring revenue to the division Introduced entity lending across all Private Bank products to compete with larger institutions and meet client needs • Implemented Private Bank and Retail Bank mentorship program which led to many new internal relationships and business opportunities • Grew Private Bank average deposits from $1.2B to $1.9B from 2019 to 2022 • Grew Private Bank average outstanding loan balances from $825MM to $2.1B from 2019 to 2022 • Revitalized, refreshed and made UMB Private Bank relevant within UMB providing 10% of annual bank profit and 5% of top line revenues
