   Founded Mind-Alliance Systems raised funding, and led strategic consulting engagements. Mentor the team in Complex Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Knowledge Management, and Intelligence Analysis: Invented a method and system for analyzing information transfer among a plurality of parties (Patent number: 87•••25). Developed consulting frameworks for diagnosing “as-is” intelligence, knowledge management, innovation, and research/knowledge services capabilities. Co-designed UX concepts for multiple applications, including MindPeer, an AI/NLP-powered business development intelligence system: Generated revenue by selling and delivering engagements to Global Law Firms, Corporations, Governments, and NGOs.
