Report to the NSE Senior Leadership team and Director of NSE on Portfolio performance and delivery risk;\\\\n• Lead overall prioritisation of projects for the whole of NSE (Universal Priority List) and manage appropriate governance around changes to it, ensuring alignment across the SLT;\\\\n• Work closely with central functions to ensure alignment in prioritisation and portfolio delivery;\\\\n• Lead operational improvements across Third Party suppliers used by the portfolios;\\\\n• Inform operational improvements from a portfolio perspective for the high value lead suppliers led by Commercial;\\\\n• Develop strategies to improve KPI performance across portfolios;\\\\n• Resolve significant blockages to progress or areas of under-performance, including managing specific escalations on third party performance;\\\\n• Improve overall efficiency and exploit synergies across portfolios;\\\\n• Oversee budget and pipeline forecasting exercise engaging effectively with portfolio sponsors and business units on prioritisation of new work.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
