As a Staff Product Designer in a high-growth environment, I lead the end-to-end design strategy for critical solutions across all primary customer groups (clinical facilities, HME providers, and payors). I focus on supporting complex, real-world DME ordering workflows by designing intuitive multi-user experiences on Parachute.My design process is anchored in discovery and research, including on-site visits to HME providers and clinical facilities to observe users in context and validate new designs. I synthesize research into comprehensive documentation such as research summaries, service blueprints, and user sentiment mapping, which directly inform product development roadmaps. I lead design direction through the development process, transforming feedback from users and stakeholders into design iterations that ensure alignment and product success.In addition to core design responsibilities, I have contributed to scaling the design organization by creating interview guides and defining in hiring processes. I boosted design operations by developing new team process and sharing knowledge at scale. I also championed the company-wide adoption of Notion by creating scalable structures, training colleagues, and creating onboarding guides.
