Currently, MBTA Cybersecurity Risk Managment Consulting; over two decades thought leadership developing risk management and cyber risk mitigation policies, programs and processes. Currently aligning MBTA technology risk with NIST 800-53. I wrote the initial 29 policies, to align MBTA with NIST regulations. Next step is to integrate policies into enterprise-wide platform. Cyber risk thought leader, with over two decades FINTECH experience including, Retail Banking and Custody Services. Retail Bank positions include Digital/Interactive Corporate Marketing (UX/SEO/SEM/risk/rebrand/Product Development), Corporate Risk Management as well as Branch and Call Center services. Custody experience at State Street includes Global Investment Services Group, Compliance Manager and Credit Risk Analyst. Areas of focus for analysis included domestic, UK and Japanese insurance companies as well as domestic broker dealers. Consulting experience since 2014 includes Pioneer Investments, State Street Global Advisors and City of Boston Department of Innovation and Technology. Pioneer and State Street projects were re-brands with simultaneous CMS implementations for global brochure and transaction web properties in Agile Environments. Each project required Cyber Risk integration. Consulting with City of Boston was for back office automation with an eye to web and mobile customer facing solutions with a singular focus on streamlining work processes for constituent driven, automated solutions. Projects included web and mobile solutions for City Clerk’s Office as well as Environmental and Inspectional Services Divisions. Retired Army Major 19••••17, 2 tours Iraq 1 Afghanistan 1 Africa. Enlisted: Artillery. Officer: Infantry, Public Affairs, Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations. I spent over four years overseas as an enabler to combat line units conducting counterinsurgency and foreign internal defense military operations. I participated in direct combat operations during the battle of Ramadi 20••••07, commanded the provincial reconstruction team support operations for Saladin province Iraq 20••••10 and finally CMO enabler for 3-73 cavalry of the 82nd airborne division’s final push through Ghazni Afghanistan 20••••12.
