ABOUT DAVID J. PARK
Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to medical education and leadership development. My mission is to cultivate leaders by inspiring purpose, building confidence, and developing action-oriented leadership skills to ultimately leave behind a legacy of leadership. My leadership journey has taken me through launching medical schools and residency programs, designing curricula, speaking at national meetings, and serving within physician organizations. I inspire, develop, and multiply motivated leaders through visionary and authentic leadership. I help leaders and organizations build cultures rooted in trust, purpose, and high performance. Through teaching, coaching, speaking, and intentional relationships, I elevate leadership at every level leaving individuals and organizations stronger, more confident, and equipped to leave a lasting impact.
