I am the Managing Partner of Dallas McMillan Solicitors.My main practice area is Personal Injury. I am a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and a member of APIL. My firm is also a member of MASS and I am the firm\'s MASS contact.I act for Pursuers of personal injury claims and regularly represent clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. I have a particular interest in Accidents at Work and complex personal injury claims including fatal claims. I act for clients throughout Scotland, assisting them in all aspects of Personal Injury work.I represent members of two of the country’s largest Trade Unions providing advice to both members and officials of those Unions on all aspects of Trade Union law.
