As a third-generation leader in psychometric testing and the CEO of Kolbe Corp, I’m passionate about helping people achieve what matters most to them. I\'ve been immersed in the Kolbe Concept® for years and even helped create the original algorithm for the Kolbe A™ Index—the only tool out there proven to unlock your instinctive strengths. What really drives me is helping others discover their true strengths, cut down on stress, and find more joy in both work and life. I’m fortunate to work with top companies looking to spark innovation and build strong, thriving teams. With a background in law and business, I’ve got a unique take on turning innovative ideas into successful ventures. Before Kolbe Corp, I worked as an attorney at a leading Arizona law firm and served as a Legislative Director in Congress. I also earned a degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business. When I’m not working, you’ll find me skiing, playing poker, or listening to – both old AND new – music.
