Leading a UKG Workforce Central to Workforce Management migration on behalf of Mount Sinai Health System\'s South Nassau location. Responsibilities are similar to those of my past duties with UKG and Ultimate Software, only on behalf of the client. This project includes Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, DataHub & Analytics and is a pre-cursor to integrating the South Nassau location into the over-all Mount Sinai Healthcare System\'s corporate-wide UKG Pro Workforce Management system. I will also be leveraging my Prosci training to manage all User Adoption/Change Management aspects of the project.
