As Real Estate Officer, oversee management and development of the airport’s real estate assets, including negotiating leases, managing property agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing the use of airport land and facilities. Coordinate with tenants, conduct property appraisals, plan and execute development projects, and enhance revenue through strategic development initiatives.Key Leadership Achievements:٠ Manage 250 acres of city-owned property, including 72 buildings, 80+ acres of solar development, nine commercial tenants, and 15 aviation tenants.٠ Oversee pending Request for Proposals (RFPs), tenant agreements, contract amendments, formal notices, staff reports, and property maintenance (work orders, inspections, tenant queries, health & safety, and code violations).٠ Lead new and renovation construction project lifecycles; ensure prompt completion and cost-effective outcomes.٠ Utilize QuickBooks for financial management, MS Office Suite for project management, ARGUS for real estate financial analysis, and MS Outlook/Google Suite for calendar/email management.٠ Acted as Business Relationship Manager for United Airlines Inc. at LAX; oversaw 450K sq. ft. of airport property; generated $92M in annual revenue.
