Acting as Data Protection Officer (DPO) to identify and evaluate the School’s data processing activities on an ongoing basis. Specific activities include but are not limited to- Providing advice and guidance for Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)- Monitoring data management policies and procedures and compliance- Maintaining records of processing operations- Performing audits and determine any need for process and procedure amendment- Assisting in responding to data subjects within legal timeframes (e.g. Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR))- Providing general advice and guidance as well as reports to senior management- Providing guidance on dealing with suspected data breaches- Arranging and deliver bespoke training to staff and faculty
