The Charities Aid Foundation is a major UK-based charity with subsidiaries in the UK, USA and Canada, and includes a UK regulated bank for the charity sector. In 2024/25 we distributed over £1.2bn globally. Together, we work to accelerate progress in society towards a fair and sustainable future for all.Working with a very talented team of HR and workplace professionals, my role leads the design and delivery of our group-wide people strategy, enabling the organisation to deliver its charitable purpose. This includes organisational development across UK and North American operations, improving coherence, capability and cultural alignment. It also encompasses the strengthening of Board governance and effectiveness across multiple entities and influencing a unified operating model across a diverse, multi-national group structure.
