MadCap Flare adoption and migration leadership. Led the adoption of MadCap Flare by presenting a strong logistical and financial case for modernizing Scientific Games online help. After approval, built two major help systems, completed formal Flare training, and executed complex RoboHelp-to-Flare migrations using advanced CSS, XML, and HTML expertise. Served as a lead and eventually the primary technical writer for the Customer Technical Education department, collaborating closely with corporate trainers responsible for domestic and international customer training programs. Systems owner through multiple product releases. Created, edited, and maintained seven enterprise help projects using RoboHelp, supporting complex hardware and software systems deployed across multiple jurisdictions. Edited and standardized hundreds of pages of technical manuals across more than a dozen documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to evolving documentation standards. Contributed significantly to the department style guide, expanding content by approximately 35 percent; the guide was later adopted by additional departments company-wide. Led all departmental training video initiatives, including scripting collaboration, filming, voiceover, and post-production in Camtasia to support training and onboarding.
