With over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, I have assumed roles with a wide geographical scope, as well as a diverse cross section of real estate asset classes including office, industrial and manufacturing facilities. My expertise in process engineering, strategic planning, portfolio measurement standards, systems development and team deployment, combined with my innovative business perspective, has accelerated the success of Colliers International in Canada. Through my real estate career, I have developed multi-functional “Resource Centers” offering such services as strategic/financial planning, site selection/GIS mapping, portfolio administration, project management and design build. I was also responsible for the creation of a web-based assignment tracking system complete with document archiving and cycle time analysis.I am also a key lecturer at many real estate conferences. I regularly speak on change management, “best practice” implementation, business development, systems and team deployment.
