Passionate and committed to developing meaningful strategies at the intersection of creativity, technology, business results, and the human experience, I\'m a 31-year veteran of the theme park industry with deep technology experience ranging from designing complex theme park attraction and cruise ship systems, to leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams, to implementing the visions of Disney creators using innovative strategies and new technologies.My previous roles have prepared me to be a strategy consultant with a proven ability to envision future business states and quantify the change necessary to achieve that future. Along the way I have acquired a significant breadth of Disney Parks Operational Technology (O.T.) experience related to complex system design, software development, cybersecurity, and systems integration throughout technology life cycles, from creative concept and development through long-term sustainment of systems.Some of my achievements along the way- Originated and led concept development for a conversational AI troubleshooting assistant for complex systems- Produced and implemented an O.T. sustainment model for Disney’s MyMagic+ and complex attractions systems, including strategies to predict and mitigate technical obsolescence- Envisioned and implemented a new department chartered with revising global business practices, pipelines, and standards for O.T. software development- Helped position the Disney Engineering division to continuously react, adapt and alter organizational and collaborative frameworks to address dynamic business needs through technology- Responded to high profile cybersecurity incidents in 2011 by rapidly devising a new org structure to align Disney Parks O.T. systems with Corporate Security Policy, partnering with senior executives from all stakeholder areas.
