Researched and created a new surgical technique for a patient called an “Interpositional Arthroplasty with GRAFTJACKET® Regenerative Tissue Matrix” which was subsequently implemented by attending surgeon. Research Skills: Agarose, SDS-PAGE, & DGGE Electrophoresis, Northern/Southern/Western Blotting from mammalian tissue cell cultures, Production of monoclonal antibodies and hybridomas, PCR, DNA, RNA and protein extractions. Gene cloning, sequencing, IR/ NMR analysis; Affinity & Gas Chromatography; karyotyping; nasal lavages; differential centrifugation, serial dilutions, titrations. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Collaborated in designing first fellowship in 30 years with one of the most influential podiatrists in the country. • Sold medical products to patients and demonstrated proper use to ensure patient compliance; educated patients on medications/pharmaceuticals. • Contributed significantly to produce the largest revenue-producing month in 25 years, resulting in 25% raise after 2 months.
