   As a leader within the Government Contract Advisory Services (GCAS) practice, I use my current knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) guidance, to help commercial companies identify, quantify, and manage risks associated with Government contracts through regulatory and compliance consulting. I also advise around cost accounting to help companies simply and differentiate cost structures, while optimizing cost recovery. Areas of expertise include cost accounting strategy, FAR Part 15 cost and pricing proposal preparation and review, indirect cost rate development and analysis, policy and procedure preparation/review, forward pricing rate proposals and trend analysis, DCAA audit liaison support, CAS disclosure statement preparation/review and conducting merger and acquisition (M&A) due diligence analysis of financial and other risks associated with Government contracting entities.
