About David Herrold

From Dallas and Austin, I practice in Texas and Oklahoma. My clients come from a number of industries, locally, nationally and internationally. My practice involves both commercial litigation as well as corporate transactions and governance. In my litigation practice, I am an experienced trial attorney, representing clients before state, federal, arbitral, and administrative tribunals. I focus on complex commercial matters involving energy-related litigation, IP litigation, E&O/D&O defense, products and warranty claims, consumer credit litigation, lender liability defense, and business torts.On the business side, I advise clients on corporate governance and transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, purchases and sales of business, and other major transactions. I also provide clients outside general counsel advice.
