Who I AmI am a senior leader who helps organizations turn ambitious ideas into measurable progress and results. I\'m known for building highly effective, supportive teams - teams that often achieve more than some thought possible. I began my career in Big Four consulting where I gained valuable experience learning consulting methods, approaches, and tools. I learned best by doing and working alongside great leaders at some of the top companies in the country. For 20+years, I\'ve honed skills and added to my toolkit, managing improvement initiatives in organizations undergoing significant change. I learned how complex organizations transform and communicate effectively along this journey. What I DoAt the Cleveland Clinic, I managed strategic projects to enhance the caregiver and patient experience. I managed a portfolio of high-priority projects, each at different stages, and help leaders set the right priorities, build consensus, and deliver results. Before this, I founded and led a management consulting firm. I partnered with health systems, insurers, and universities to solve big challenges.    Feb 2019 — Present · Cleveland, OH, US

   Managed the IT Executive Council’s Application Rationalization program (Sustain the Mission key cost saving initiative), targeting $15.5M in savings by the end of 2026. Directed 18+ member core team and 200+ business and clinical leaders in standing up the new operational unit and rationalizing ~500 enterprise applications from acquired hospitals utilizing ServiceNow. Achieved $7.5M in hard-dollar savings in nine months; currently assessing an additional $3.9M in confirmed savings opportunities (74% of two-year goal). Identifying new opportunities, partnering with clinical and business leaders throughout the health system.Partnered with leaders from 25+ clinical and business units in the US and London to evaluate, plan, and implement new agile and project management technologies. Streamlined workflows and productivity by leading the transition from Jira to ServiceNow. Earned top net promoter scores and recognition for innovative, team-empowering approach and results.Managed the design and implementation of a new CRM system, integrating real-time data for 3.5 M+ patients, across Microsoft Dynamics, Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR), and Epic.
