Develop and enhance Verint’s core Work Force Management global product within an agile environment- Designed and developed AI forecasting solutions, working with both data scientists and engineering- Responsible for the end to end product development process of shaping and prioritising product ideas into features before grooming and estimating requirements with development teams- Prioritise feature developments, liaising with sales and senior stakeholders and using Aha and Jira/Confluence to organise epics, features and the product backlog- Translate high level business requirements into software engineering tasks by preparing user stories and acceptance criteria- Ensure sprint goals are met by managing software developers, user experience designers, documentation managers and quality assurance by focusing on customer requirements, ensuring feature parity, product priorities and quality- Responsible for approving all user stories and epics within any development- Ultimate decision maker for the product’s user interface and go to contact for the engineering team on product behaviour- Liaise with customers, gaining feedback on prototypes to help influence current developments and the future product road map- Demo current and new product to existing and potential customers.
