Leading a global team of 12 engineers (6 direct, 6 functional) responsible for two business-critical platform domains: Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Google Workspace- Defining and executing the strategic roadmap for platforms serving users globally, directly impacting company-wide security, productivity, and operational efficiency- Accountable for the entire platform lifecycle, from architectural decisions and strategic development to ensuring 24/7 operational stability (KTLO)- Key Achievement- Successfully concluded a complex, two-year IAM refactoring project, establishing Entra ID as the single source of authority for identity and access and retiring the legacy co-authority model- Drove in cost avoidance by architecting and deploying a global account management platform for Customer Care. The solution unified 16 markets, fully automated the user lifecycle, eliminated 100% of IT overhead for this process, and transferred governance to the business, preventing costly off-boarding failures.
