Co-founder of TerraNIS SAS, created in March 2014 and located near Toulouse – France.TerraNIS is designing and delivering geoinformation services, based on Earth Observation, in the field of agriculture and environment. TerraNIS operates and sells worldwide the Pixagri, Oenoview, and Greencity services, respectively dedicated to precision farming, precision viticulture and land management. TerraNIS is also the founder and the operator of EUGENIUS association. The EUGENIUS initiative (which stands for European Group of Enterprises for a Network of Information using Space) aims at creating a network of SMEs distributed across the different European regions in order to deliver geo-information services in the regions where they are located.Through the Pixagri, the Oenoview and the Greencity services and thanks to the EUGENIUS concept, TerraNIS is then able to provide geoinformation services to its customers in the following domains- Precision farming, by delivering field-level maps and crop status information which give more control over practices and inputs to achieve maximum profitability and quality- Precision viticulture, by providing maps of the wine development at the field scale between grape closure and veraison stages- Land planning, by providing up-to-date geo-information to support local authorities in land planning- Environment monitoring and risk prevention, by providing long term monitoring of changes, assess environmental impact of human activity, and help develop risk forecasting models to support prevention action plans- Water management, by providing high value-added tools and data to assess the impact of farming and industry activities on water demand and help optimize water usage (typically : by providing key information for irrigation prescriptions)In all these domains, TerraNIS is also providing support, expertise and consultancy to its commercial and institutional customers.
