Switching to the “client-side”, I leveraged this experience into an analytics and loyalty program leadership role at Shoppers Drug Mart. At Loblaw, I was the general manager for two stand alone multi-site businesses, responsible for the full P&L, strategy, growth, and a team of over employees across 220 sites. Recognized as a low-ego leader with a knack for building and developing strong teams, I have significant experience driving step-change transformation and growth across a variety of industries including retail, consumer goods, and private healthcare.
