About David Hadwin

I have a passion for creating systems that work. People aren’t bad, the systems that we create as individuals, teams, companies and governments simply fail us. When systems fail, they provide unnecessary stress on other areas of our lives that result in pain, disease, frustration, employee attrition, decreased productivity and waste which, in turn, increases the need for more remedies (regulations and prescriptions). I want to help you solve that. Systems, on any level, ultimately affect people and I want to help you, your employees, your customers or your citizens lead happier, healthier, more passionate lives which will lead to a quantifiable increase in productivity on every level.A subset of this passion has allowed me to thrive in the world of IT as a successful freelance Web/iOS/Software Developer and Designer. With my talents, as well as having developed numerous websites and apps, I have spearheaded multiple website migrations and redesign efforts focusing on cutting extraneous elements, increasing usability/accessibility and lowering future maintenance loads. I’m fluent in techno-jargon but, with my experience as a Head Coach for soccer, I also know what it takes to teach kids.
