Manage the PIM environment, through functional and technical development projects to meet the needs of Group Marketing Services• Analysis of business processes to offer standard and/or innovative solutions respecting Information System• Management of PIM evolutions: Needs assessment, planning, budget monitoring, design, specification, development follow-up, IT testing and UAT, validation and post-release monitoring• Management of the external solution integrator in Morocco• Management of the level 3 support process: response to functional and technical issues, from analysis to go-live in production• Management of project qualification workshops and prioritization of needs with the different businesses• Creation and implementation of content dissemination flows for continents• Creation and implementation of KPIs on development quality: report to Steering Committee• Creation and implementation of cross-functional procedures: crisis management, advanced use of PIM and DAM tools• PIM trainer for marketing BU teams and local markets
