Finding success at the intersection of finance, real estate, and operating businesses requires real feedback and real consequences. I focus on building systems that turn complex, multi-entity portfolios into clear, durable outcomes.I’m currently the internal finance and operations lead of a privately held portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, and manufacturing throughout Colorado and the Mountain West. My work centers on capital allocation, cash flow management, entity structuring, and operational performance across businesses generating $10MM+ in annual revenue.Alongside this, I am the founder of Archimedes House - a healthcare-anchored coworking and recovery environment currently in development in Longmont, Colorado. The project is designed to serve therapists, movement professionals, and high-agency operators through a purpose-built physical environment that integrates focused work with recovery.My long-term focus is building a small portfolio of high-quality, enduring properties, each designed with intention, operated with discipline, and held for the long term.Outside of development and finance, my wife and I own Sandy’s Coffee and Tea in Longmont, where we stay closely connected to the realities of small business and community.I’m drawn to environments where decisions have real consequences and good systems compound while poor ones are exposed quickly. I take a disciplined approach to risk, leading with downside protection first while preserving optionality and building systems that can withstand stress.

   We service clients looking to can proprietary beverages between and gallons a month.(Customers purchase and deliver cans and ingredients to our facility - or we procure these items as a service to our customers)-Batch, carbonate, pasteurize and can beverages based on customer specifications.(As a service we also offer beverage formulation through our lab partnerships)-Palletize and coordinate beverage pickup by client or to a 3PL.We are a full service provider for brands looking to get started, for established businesses looking for a great co-manufacturer to fulfill orders, or for anyone looking to test the market. We\'ve filled and delivered over ten million of cans since the beginning of operations- I act as internal financial controller and keep the accounting - I work with tax preparer to make sure our 1065 is correct and filed timely- I manage investor relations and communication of financial results
